Day Classes in Mindfulness Meditation

Insight for Wellbeing offers occasional afternoon and day courses in mindfulness practice, ranging from introductory afternoons for beginners courses to weekend retreats suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. All classes are held in our unique purpose-built retreat house in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, West Yorkshire. In a green, quiet and leafy area, the venue provides a peaceful and relaxing environment in which to practice mindfulness meditation, and is accessible from towns and cities near to Leeds, such as York, Harrogate, Wakefield, Manchester and Sheffield. 

All courses are facilitated by Zeenat Cameron, who brings her twenty-five plus years of varied experience as a meditator, teacher and psychologist to support us in developing and deepening our practice.

Events are offered throughout the year.

Going Deeper
We offer regular day and afternoon classes for more experienced practitioners.These are also suitable for those who have completed introductory courses here at Insight for Wellbeing. The next event will be held in early 2019. Contact us if you want to be kept up to date with the events.
