Evening Taster Sessions in Mindfulness and Meditation 

These taster evenings are a great place to try meditation for the first time and can be a good first class to attend prior to booking on one of our evening classes or day courses in mindfulness and meditation. If you like them you can even come regularly to the taster sessions. To meditate with others in a group, and to share insight and experiences, provides powerful support for our practice.

During the class Zeenat will lead you through guided mindfulness meditation. The aim is to give you a flavour of meditation and to teach you the basics of a practice you can do by yourself. You will also gain insight into how developing mindfulness and awareness can benefit you. Each meeting includes time for sharing and discussion. 

Each evening runs from 8pm to 9pm at the meditation house in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, West Yorkshire. The cost is £8 if booked in advance or £10 payable on the night.
