Day Classes in Mindfulness Meditation


Mindfulness Meditation weekend, Sat 7 and Sun 8 October 2017. You can attend for one or both days. 

Insight for Wellbeing offers an ongoing programme of afternoon and day courses in mindfulness practice, ranging from beginners courses to ones suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. All classes are held in our unique purpose-built retreat house in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, West Yorkshire. In a green, quiet and leafy area, the venue provides a peaceful and relaxing environment in which to practice mindfulness meditation, and is accessible from towns and cities near to Leeds, such as York, Harrogate, Wakefield, Manchester and Sheffield. 

All courses are facilitated by Zeenat Cameron, who brings her twenty-five plus years of varied experience as a meditator, teacher and psychologist to support us in developing and deepening our practice.

Going Deeper
We offer regular day and afternoon classes for more experienced practitioners.These are also suitable for those who have completed introductory courses here at Insight for Wellbeing. The next class is yet to be scheduled but please check back soon or contact us and ask to be put on the mailing list. 

Mindfulness Meditation Retreat
We run retreats in mindfulness three times a year in early spring, midsummer and autumn. The next retreat is on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October 2017.
