Meditate on your Body as SpaceImagine Only Emptiness Inside your Skin
Take around fifteen minutes for this meditation. Sit comfortably where you will not be disturbed, your spine relaxed and upright. Close your eyes and take a few moments to tune inside.
Now imagine, feel, see or simply have the intention that inside your skin is only empty space. There are no organs, bones or blood. All is simply emptiness. It is as if your skin is a thin, porous membrane containing only space.
As you breathe in, feel this inner space expanding out into the universe. As you breathe out feel the space contract to the normal boundary of your skin. If any activity arises in your mind simply notice it without judgement and come back to feeling this expanding-contracting space within.
