Day Classes in Mindfulness Meditation

Insight for Wellbeing offers an ongoing programme of day long courses in mindfulness practice, ranging from beginners courses to ones suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. All classes are held in our unique purpose-built retreat house in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, West Yorkshire. In a green, quiet and leafy area, the venue provides a peaceful and relaxing environment in which to meditate and is accessible from other nearby towns and cities, such as York, Harrogate, Wakefield, Manchester and Sheffield.

All courses are facilitated by Zeenat Cameron, who brings her twenty-five years of varied experience as a meditator, teacher and psychologist to support us in developing and deepening our practice.

Introduction to Mindfulness
This day long course is repeated every four weeks throughout autumn, winter and spring. The dates for winter 2011 are:
