This day long class is suitable both for beginners who want to learn how to meditate and for those who may already practice another form of meditation or related discipline, such as yoga, but who want to learn more about mindfulness. Mindfulness is one of the core foundations to support any meditation practice, helping us to develop our awareness and presence in each and every moment.

The course will be focussed on practice, with all meditation sessions guided by Zeenat Cameron, and we will explore a few different mindfulness techniques. There will be ample time for questions, sharing and discussion, and by the end of the day you will have the tools to continue practising by yourself.
